The company METALURGICA TRANSILVANA AIUD has two foundries ( centrifugal and steel), a forge and heat tratment plant, a machining , welding and assembling plant, it??s own laboratory(chemical analyses, mechanical characteristics and NDT) , a technological design department, and is a producer of :
-castings from steel from 10 to 35000 kg/pcs.
-castings from iron, including nodular iron , from 10 to 2000 kg/pcs.
- centrifugal castings from steel, including refractory steel with diameters between 80 and 550 mm and length up to 4500 mm - free forged pieces on 3150 to press with the max. diameter ?? 1100 x 7000 mm and maximum weight of 17 to, or on free forging 2 tons or 5 tons hammers where can be processed pieces with maximal diameter of ?? 400 x 3000 mm and a maximal weight of 3 to.

We have our own laboratory for chemical analyses, mechanical propreties, struucture and nondestructiv tests.
