G??r Metal is the leading investment casting company in Turkey, which promotes and produces parts from 1 gr to 30 kg with an overall range up to 600 mm using ??Investment Casting?? method (also called ??Lost Wax Process??). The casting materials are steel, stainless steel, cobalt or nickel based alloys, as well as aluminum and copper alloys. G??r Metal has customers from different industries such as aeronautics, automotive, textile machinery, medical & orthopedics, valves & pumps, shotguns and defense. G??r Metal has been founded in 1990. The company exists on an open area of 10.000 sqm and closed area of 7200 sqm. We are operating with 10 engineers, 15 administrative staff, 78 workers and 12 quality control staff, altogether a team of 115 people. We are designing the tools ourselves and producing most of the tools in our tooling shop. The casting capacity of the company is 600 tons / year. 60% of the manufactured parts are exported to Europe, mainly to Germany, France, Belgium and Holland. G??r Metal is certified according to ISO 9001:2000. Our production is controlled by a computerized system with a customized production program. Our delivery time is 8 weeks for samples and 6- 8 weeks for the series orders. The Quality Control Report (EN 10204) is issued for every shipment. The delivery time is maximum 10 days anywhere in Europe. We have following testing facilities: Analysis : Spectrometer Hardness : Brinell and Rockwell Hardness Tester Physical properties : Tensile Strength Structure : Microscope Sizes : CMM, Gauges and Measuring Instruments, Profile Projection NDT : Magnetic Flux, Dye Penetrant Examination, X-Ray Our subcontracting activities are machining, coating, special heat-treatment and tool-making, if necessary.
