At PsiControl Mechatronics, a subsidiary of the Picanol Group, we focus on design, development, production and support for electronic and mechatronic systems. This may range from rugged Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design up to sophisticated modules that contribute to mechatronical concepts in advanced products and machines, like real-time controllers, power electronics and electronically-controlled motors. Based on our field experience in developing and manufacturing products for professional use, many leading companies have chosen PsiControl Mechatronics as their preferred strategic partner. By using our own platforms we are able to reduce development times and permit high-performance, cost-effective solutions. For this purpose we have R&D and prototyping departments in Ieper and procurement, production and service activities in our branches in Belgium, Romania and China. PsiControl Mechatronics concentrates mainly on original equipment manufacturers in sectors where reliable performance is crucial. We currently act as supplier to various sectors such as textile machinery, railway equipment The production facilities consist of SMD-machines, insertion lines and assembly lines. Different soldering techniques respecting RoHS offer high quality products at reduced cost. The flexible machines use the latest manufacturing technologies in order to achieve high reliable products ready to be applied in the most demanding environments. Testing of PCB??s asks for a conceptual approach in which the available quality inspection systems can be optimized. Along the manufacturing process, several verification processes assist production: Optical testing 3D X-Ray testing Climatic chamber Vibration Test EMC Room (pre compliance) Needle Bed Boundary scan - JTAG PSICONTROL MECHATRONICS
