| Polisac is a leading company in the processing of Sheet Metal resides on a land area of 50.000 m2 in a distance of 25 kms from the Izmir Port. Our Machinery Park is quite rich in comparison to other companies in the sector. We have 4 Laser Cutting Machines, one of them which we have bought latest with 5 axis, capable of making laser cutting on 3 dimensional pieces such as profiles and pipes thus provides dramatic reduction on mould costs. Generally, automotive factories use it. 6 Punch Presses and apart from these more than 20 other CNC machines including Press Brakes, Welding Robots, Plasma Cutting, Shears and various Welding Equipments.
Polisac gives form to sheet metal through a process includes design, cutting, bending, welding, painting and assembly.
In our computer systems we use CAD-CAM 3 dimensional drawing and design programs, which are fully compatible to our CNC machines thus, we achieve flawless production. With our expert staff we can develop products by using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Metalix CAD-CAM design and technical drawing programs.
CNC Punch Press ?V Cutting, punching and perforation processes are applied to soft metal sheets up to 6 mm thickness with 1500 mm width, and stainless sheets up to 4 mm thickness. Furthermore, the same process is followed in copper, aluminum, galvanized steel and plastic sheets. Our rich tool equipments provide us the opportunity to punch in every kind of geometrical and special shapes.
Laser Cutting ?V The maximum sheet metal thickness is 20 mm for soft steel, 15 mm for stainless steel and 10 mm for aluminum. Maximum cutting dimensions are 6000 mm X 2000 mm.
CNC Press Brakes (Hydraulic Presses) ?V We are able to make bending on metal sheets up to 6000 mm length and 10 mm thickness, in every kind of shape at required angles.
Welding ?V In our fully equipped workshop situated in 5000 m2 closed area; TIG, MIG, SPOT welding is made on every kind of metal including aluminum, by robots and machines with the latest technology.
Painting - We have a painting capacity of 300 m2 per hour. In our fully automated facility in wet & powder forms we use epoxy, polyester, epoxy-polyester based paints. We do not prefer toxic paints. For the paint works compatible to the ASTM B117 test conditions, we implement zinc-phosphate application by the dipping method. Besides color, brightness and micron thickness, our prior target is to provide painting resistant to any atmospheric conditions, temperature, humidity and UV rays. Our conveyor line provides standard speed and quality.
Assembly - In accordance with the requests of the customers, the products consist of some pieces fitted to each other are assembled meticulously by our assembly crew after the production stage.
