The Schuler PowerTrans is a servo-driven system for 3-axis transfers
This S (servo) motorisation transfer system is specially designed to be used in combination with servo presses and can deal with the dynamic requirements of systems such as ServoDirect which shorten the time available for part transport.
PowerTrans is for use on presses with bed sizes of 1,500 mm by 1,000 mm, up to 7,600 mm by 3,100 mm.
The performance levels are made possible by the use of newly developed transfer rails made of carbon. One of the key properties of the rails is their high rigidity which reduces vibration amplitudes during high acceleration.
Older equipment can be easily retrofitted as there are just a few mechanical interfaces.
